I once had this problem, I put in a support ticket, no help whatsoever, the support person told me to do a Cache Clear which the original model PS4 doesn’t have, then he tells me the issue could be my INTERNET CONNECTION and then tells me how to trouble shoot my internet connection, which he then told me if all else didn’t work, to back up my save data and delete & reinstall the game.
